L'origine di Total War Games Italia risale a rtwitalia.com, il primo sito italiano sulla serie Total War. Il sito nacque nel 2004 e Modred era il webmaster e l'amministratore dei forum. La comunità è cresciuta sin da allora e il sito di Modred era la più importante fonte di notizie e supporto per i fan italiani dei giochi strategici di Creative Assembly. Sfortunatamente, Modred fu costretto a ritirarsi a causa di ragioni personali e rtwitalia.com è scomparso nel 2007.
Modred mi passò i suoi poteri di amministratore e ho continuato a tenere i forum online grazie al lavoro di alcuni appassionati e fedeli amministratori e moderatori. Moltissimi giocatori e fan italiani hanno continuato a visitare i forum e non abbiamo subito perdite a causa della fine di rtwitalia.com. Questa è la ragione che mi ha fatto decidere di creare totalwargamesitalia.it. Una comunità così bella e appassionata merita un sito dedicato.
Un grande grazie va a Modred, il vero fondatore della comunità italiana di Total War. Nulla sarebbe stato possibile senza il tuo duro lavoro e la tua dedizione. Vorrei ringraziare lo staff dei forum per il costante supporto e per il prezioso aiuto che ho ricevuto. Una speciale menzione va a Giuliano l' Apostata, Augusto.Carducci, Matthila Soha e Celta berserker. Grazie alla mia amata Alexiel1978 per i suoi suggerimenti e il suo supporto e ai miei amici Rehin e Griphis per i loro consigli tecnici. In fine, grazie a chiunque ha continuato a dare il suo contributo alla comunità per anni.

ABOUT US
The origin of Total War Games Italia goes back to rtwitalia.com, the first Italian website about the Total War Series. The site was born in 2004 and Modred was the webmaster and the administrator of the forums. The community has been growing up since then and Modred's website was the most important source of news and support for the Italian fans of Creative Assembly's strategy games. Unfortunately, Modred was forced to resign due to personal reasons and rtwitalia.com expired in 2007.
Modred passed me his administrator powers and I have been keeping the forums online thanks to the work of some passionate and dedicated administrators and moderators. Lots of Italian players and fans have been visiting the forums and we haven't suffered any 'casualty' due to the end of rtwitalia.com. This is the reason that made me decide to build totalwargamesitalia.it. Such a nice and passionate community deserves a dedicated website.
A big thank you goes to Modred, the real founder of the Italian Total War community. Nothing could have been possible without your hard work and dedication. I wish to thank the forum staff for the constant support and the precious help I have received. A special mention goes to Giuliano l' Apostata, Augusto.Carducci, Matthila Soha and Celta berserker. Thanks to my loved Alexiel1978 for her suggestions and support and to my friends Rehin and Griphis for their technical advices.
